Glue-free Paper Stick
Morlyne Corporation has developed a new type of paper sticks—glue-free paper sticks, made from pure virgin wood fibers. No glue or chemicals are used in the manufacturing process. The glue-free paper sticks are made to be used for lollipops, chocolates, marshmallows, cake pops, and other food industry products. They can also be used as paper-stick-stirrers in hot drinks, such as coffee, tea, etc. The long-term market potential, as well as its positive sustainability impact is extensive.
- The launch of glue-free paper sticks will completely eliminate the safety concerns of glue and will be more aligned with the standard of direct contact with foodstuffs; It also removes the concerns about the potential influence of glue on food products’ flavor or taste. At the same time, it solves the problem of loss of shape as a stirrer in hot drinks. The glue-free paper sticks are durable and biodegradable, having a positive impact on food safety and environmental protection.
Our new product can be held for at least 2 hours in boiling water and for more than 24 hours in room temperature water. This new product extends greater choice to our valuable customers worldwide.
